Walk-Ins & Reservations:
We do not accept walk-ins at this time. Rental reservations must be made online 24/7 or by phone during our standard business hours.
Check-In & Fuel
-Fuel Included: Each rental begins with a full tank of gas. Fuel is included in your rental fee.
-Arrive Early: All participants must check in at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled booking time for a mandatory safety briefing and paperwork signing.
Driver Requirements
You must be 25 or older to rent and operate our equipment. A valid driver's license must be physically presented at the time of your rental—NO EXCEPTIONS. If you fail to present your driver's license on the day of your rental, you will not be permitted to operate the vehicle/watercraft, and your rental fee will be forfeited.
Passenger Requirements
Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Unlisted passengers are strictly prohibited from operating the UTV or Jet Ski.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Your appointment block is reserved exclusively for you. If you are late, we cannot guarantee your reservation, and your rental time may be shortened or forfeited without a refund.
Rental Returns
All rentals must be back by the exact end time of your reservation. Late returns will be strictly assessed late fees as outlined in your waiver.
Cancellations & Re-Scheduling
Cancellations: Cancellations made without at least a 72-hour notice are completely non-refundable.
Re-Scheduling: Please contact us at least one week prior to your booking to reschedule. We will make every attempt to accommodate you, but availability is not guaranteed.
Reservations Not Guaranteed
We make every effort to fulfill every reservation. However, mechanical malfunctions, prior rental accidents, software glitches, or other unforeseen events can occasionally cause a temporary equipment shortage. If we must cancel your reservation due to these circumstances, you will not be held responsible and will receive the option to reschedule or get a full refund.
🛑 Vehicle Safety Rules
General Safety
-We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at any time if we feel there is a safety risk.
-Zero Tolerance: You are strictly prohibited from possessing or consuming alcohol or drugs before or during your use of our equipment.
🌲 If Operating a Polaris UTV:
-Seatbelts: Must be worn at all times by all occupants.
-Helmets: All participants, especially minors, are strongly advised to wear helmets. Complimentery helmets and goggles are provided with your rental.
-Speed & Stunts: Observe all posted speed limits on streets and manage your speed carefully off-road. Do not attempt aggressive maneuvers such as jumping, drifting, donuts, or racing. Keep all four wheels on the ground.
🌊 If Operating a Sea-Doo Jet Ski:
-Life Jackets: A Coast Guard-approved life jacket must be worn at all times by all riders. Complimentery life jackets and safety lanyards are provided.
-Boater Education: If born on or after Sept 1, 1993, you must possess a valid Boater Education Certificate.
-Waterway Stunts: Aggressive maneuvers such as wake jumping (crossing close behind other boats), spraying/splashing others, or beaching the watercraft on sand/rocks are strictly prohibited. Maintain a safe distance from other vessels, swimmers, and docks.
Weather Policy
In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions (including high winds or lightning for watercraft), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental for everyone's safety.
Laws & Regulations
It is the sole responsibility of the renter to know, understand, and follow all federal, state, and local land guidelines, maritime laws, and wake-zone regulations.
Damage Policy
Damages are the full financial responsibility of the renter, regardless of who was operating the unit at the time. If the rental unit is not returned in the exact same condition it was received, the credit card on file will be charged immediately.
